- Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders.
- International Shipping: International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the package. Charges will be displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery Time:
- Domestic Orders: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and can take 7-21 business days. Customs processing may cause additional delays.
4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment online.
5. Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Rajasthan Jewellers is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns Policy
1. Eligibility: We accept returns for items that are unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Custom-made or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at shubh@rajasthanjewellers.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
