Enchanting Red Enamel (Meenakari) has been done, which is one of the most well-known arts from Rajasthan, India.

Polki Diamonds, Spinels, and Emeralds are set into a 22K inner shell using 24K Yellow Gold paste using the traditional Indian Kundan stone setting technique

It can be used with a 1 - 2 mm gold chain or gemstone strands, which can be attached to the two hooks on the pendant. Kindly DM to view options.
